Let’s assume a building requires 200kW of electricity and a solar system of this size might cost in the region of R 4 213 333.00. This system will use 541 x 370W solar panels or 38952 cells. To raise capital of R 4 213 333.00 we will need to sell each solar cell for R 108.17.
This system can generate approximately 30 025 550W or 30 025,5kWh per month. This electricity will be sold to the client for approximately R 1.40kW producing a total income of R 42 035.70 per month. Investors will earn monthly based on how many cells they have purchased. The price of the electricity sold will depend on what the client is currently paying per kWh and the size of the system we can install.
Investors can earn up to 11.9% per annum on the revenue that is generated from the sale of solar power. This is higher than most investments can offer and you would be contributing to a greener planet and the reduction of C02 carbon emissions.
1. Identify the Solar Project
We approach businesses with high energy usage looking to go solar and save money on their electricity bills.
Our engineers will do a feasibility study of the building to see how much energy can be produced based on the building roof design. If we find the project to be feasible we present the business/school / medical facility with a proposal and they then sign a power purchase agreement with us.
2. Selling Solar Cells
Once the project is accepted as viable and sustainable and the power purchase agreement is signed by the client we launch a crowd sale for the available solar cells.
You can buy as many cells as you want and earn a regular healthy return on your investment of the term. Simply signup, pay your funds into your wallet account and when the project is available on the system you buy your cells.
3. Installing the solar plant
We immediately start installing the solar plant as soon as the target amount has been reached.
Our team of technicians will start installing the solar plant using only the best quality equipment for the long term sustainability of the plant. We also maintain the plant so that your investment keeps on earning.
4. Start earning
You start earning as soon as the plant is live and the client starts paying for the power generated.
