Chiller Energy Saver
Saving up to 15% of Air Conditioning AND Chilled Water Energy Consumption for Package and District Cooling Plants.
The “ESU” will save up to 15% of energy consumption by reducing the load on the chilled water package plant air conditioning and chilled water compressor. This intelligent system will analyse the temperature of the plant and reduce the loading on the compressor while still keep the required settings.
The system can even lengthen the life of the Air Conditioning and Chilled Water Compressors.
Ideal for the following applications:
- Hotels
- Offices
- Leisure Complexes
- Restaurants
- Shopping Malls
- Apartment Buildings
Install and connect the Chilled Water Energy Saving Unit (ESU) to the packaging plant to measure the return temperature, the system will now prevent the AC and Chilled Water Plant unit from overcooling/unnecessary loading on the compressor or compressors.
The energy-saving system will last for many years and is guaranteed for one and a half years with extended warranties available together with your service contract.
Use it to control your Air Conditioning/ Chilled Water compressor cycles and reduce overcooling/overloading in your system.
The Energy Saving Unit (ESU) is CE and UL certified. There is no guesswork, minimal maintenance, and no control issues, allowing you to set your “Set Point” correctly and leave the rest to the ESU.
This approach has proven highly effective on a wide range of Air Conditioning and Chilled Water systems,
The ESU is not a replacement for proper servicing and management of your air conditioning or chilled water system, you will always get a better energy-saving percentage from ESU from well-maintained equipment.
The ESU helps to ensure your Air Conditioning/Chilled Water equipment maintains a good service condition for much longer by substantially reducing the workload on the compressor making the system run more effectively and efficiently.
Remember that ESU is not a remedy for inefficient refrigeration eg. If your Air Conditioning or Chilled Water System is undersized, has blocked air returns, leaking cooling systems etc
Once the ESU is installed you can forget about overcooling within the selected building area.
Installation of ESU on the air conditioning/chilled water system must be carried out by an Air Conditioning engineer. Whilst the ESU is reasonably simple to install, it is paramount to maintain comfort levels within the building, therefore, a qualified engineer must be engaged in the installation.
The ESU is compatible with inverter driven air conditioning/chilled water systems.
The ESU Systems are a specialised area, so please contact us together with the specification of your system and request a site survey sheet so that we can access the correct way forward.
